- The slowest drive-thru pharmacy I’ve been too. It’s completely disrespectful how they won’t even acknowledge that you are there even if they can’t help right away. I sat waiting for 14 minutes before they even acknowledged me- and I’d pushed the button twice. When she did get to the window, she was too unprofessional to say sorry for the wait. If my daughter wasn’t sick and needed her medicine, I would’ve left and had my Dr send to Walgreens. Needless to say, I had all of my other prescriptions transferred to Walgreens the next day. The entire visit was well over 30 minutes. A little professionalism goes a long way. The pharmacy in Pearl would never treat their cx that way. I don’t know which is worse, the pharmacy service on the outside of the store service on the inside.
- Never had a bad experience at Albers Medical Pharmacy. Always friendly, will gladly drive a bit further to reach here than the Walgreens!

- Warning. Count your Viagra medicine before you leave the counter. If you wait until later to realize they only gave you half, they will treat you as if you are lying and expect you to pay for the meds they failed to give you the first time.
- Price Chopper Pharmacy has the rudest associates I have ever seen… When u call foe medicine refills, their system doesn’t work, and they don’t answer the phone then when they do they are extremely rude and consistently hang up in your face… When I called back to inform someone in charge, there is no one to report the problems too, and they could care less!!
