Return Policy

We love everything we sell, and we hope you do too. But sometimes things go wrong. This is the info you need so we can try to make it right.

• Returns and exchanges need to be brought to the store, at 1818 Wyandotte, to be processed.
• Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days and accompanied by the receipt.
• Items must be in new condition (including no hair or dirt) with original packaging intact.
• Crates are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

Refunds may be given in cash at the discretion of the manager.
