DIY Dog Bathing Area

Welcome to the s-paw!

The DIY bathing area at Tail Waggin’ is designed to make one of the pet owner’s messiest chores a lot easier.

You’ll find:

  • Elevated bathing tubs
  • An array of mild, high-quality shampoos
  • Towels
  • A professional hair dryer

The cost, including all of the above, is $12 to $20 based on the weight of the pet.

Bathing area guidelines:

To assure a positive experience for all of our customers of both the two- and four-legged varieties, please take a look at the following guidelines.

  • The use of the bathing area must start one hour before the store closes.
  • Use of the bathing area is limited to one hour per pet. That hour includes any drying and grooming needed.
  • Tools such as brushes and combs are available for purchase; they are not included in the price of a bath.
  • At all times, the bathing area must be usable by multiple customers. That means dogs must be under the control of their owners. It also means that excessive amounts of loose fur or hair being blown around the area as a result of drying or grooming is not acceptable.
  • While we are happy to clean up after a pet bath, staff should be able to easily clean up in approximately 15 minutes.

Please note:

If these guidelines aren’t met, we reserve the right to add an additional charge to the cost of the bath.

This bathing area is intended to be used as a convenient facility for a simple bath. It is not intended to be a place where full-service grooming, haircuts, de-shedding and/or other professional and time-consuming procedures take place.
